At Medilio Plus, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 1 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Custom-made, special-order, or non-stock items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged during shipping.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and images (if applicable).
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25 %, depending on the product.
- “If the customer requests a refund, additional charges will apply for product collection.”
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your medical equipment and supplies efficiently and safely across all serviceable locations.
1. Delivery Timeline
- Orders are usually processed within Wearhouse 1–3 business days.
- Delivery time depends on the product category and delivery location:
- Standard Delivery: 20–25 business days
- Bulk Orders or Customized Items Extra 10–15 business days or more
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Free shipping may be available on select products or order values.
3. Shipping Coverage
- We deliver across India (or insert regions/countries if international).
- Delivery to remote areas may take longer or have additional charges.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS.
- You can track your order status on our website or through the courier partner’s tracking link.
5. Delays
- Medilio Plus is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, transportation strikes, customs clearance, or other unforeseen events.
- We will notify you in case of any significant delay.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
- Please inspect the package upon receipt.
- Do not accept if the packaging appears tampered or damaged.
7. Damages during transportation
- We are not responsible for any damages during transportation.
8. Note the Bellow Points
· Our responsibility ceases once the goods leave our warehouse and are handed over to the carrier.
· Goods once sold will not be accepted for return.
· All disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction.
· Claims for shortages, if any, must be made within 1 day of receiving the goods. No claims will be entertained thereafter.
· Warranty is provided for 1 year and applies only to new products.
· Freight charges will be additional and borne by the customer.
· Company will not be held responsible for any damages occurring during transportation.
· Payment Terms: 100% advance payment is required for all orders.
· Installation charges will be billed separately.
· Payments once received are non-refundable. However, adjustments can be made against future orders within the company. We appreciate your business.
